Information we collect
Information you send us
When you use the contact form we collect your first and last name, your email address and the content of your message. We use this information only to read and answer your message and to keep a record of our correspondence.
Program applications
Applications to the Catalyst program are submitted through F6S, a third-party application platform. Information you provide there is collected by F6S under its own terms and privacy policy, and is shared with us so we can review your application.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider and security software record technical information about each visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use these logs to keep the website secure, to prevent abuse of the contact form, and to diagnose problems.
Cookies and third-party content
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. WordPress sets cookies only for signed-in site administrators.
Some pages load content from other companies, which may receive your IP address and set their own cookies under their own policies:
- Adobe Fonts supplies the typefaces used on every page.
- Google Maps displays the map on the Contact page.
- LinkedIn and F6S are linked from this site; they collect information only if you follow those links.
How we use and share information
We use personal information to respond to inquiries, to run and improve the Catalyst program, to keep this website secure, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
We share it only with service providers who help us operate the website and handle email, including our hosting provider (WP Engine) and our email delivery provider (Twilio SendGrid), and with EmeraNova personnel and Catalyst mentors who need it to respond to you. We may also disclose information when required by law.
How long we keep information
Contact-form messages are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and manage our relationship with you, and are then deleted. Server and security logs are kept for a limited period set by our providers.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it, by writing to us through the contact form. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, and you may complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
This website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and protected by a web application firewall. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information you send us.
Children
This website is intended for business professionals and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
